Hoorah. I just finished up my 30 day challenge!



But anyway, in a few months I'm planning on going for about 10 days to Italy with my school.

I don't speak Italian.

Do you guys have any tips or phrases that could help me reduce my dairy/egg intake?

It would be virtually impossible for me to stay completely vegan there. Especially since we'll occasionally have meals provided for us by our hotels or whatnot.



I looked around for anything about Italy, but only saw France/Spain posts. If someone has a link for me, I'd appreciate it.
