1. Well, really a lot of first world nonvegans can't be vegan, because if there's a natural disaster, they think they might not be able to be vegan and survive



2. if they mentally put themselves in the place of subsistence farmers in Africa, they might not be able to be vegan



3. if they look at their teeth, they think they might perhaps possibly not be designed to be vegan



4. most nonvegans are going to die without leather shoes



I want to add:

6. Some dairy farms treat the cows really, really nicely before they sending them to the slaughter house.
