I realize that there is a difference of opinion on whether taking multivitamins is necessary so I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to start another debate on the subject.

I am interested in taking them and I need advice. I've bought a couple of different brands and when I opened the bottles, they were HUGE and smelled disgusting. I just couldn't even get them down and I ended up wasting two bottles. Can anyone tell me some vegan brands that may not be so difficult to get down?

I use Freeda. Yes, they're huge, smell bad, and make me gag. But I'm just going to deal with it until the bottle is gone.

I take Solgar ones. They aren't huge at all, much smaller than others I've tried.

I took VegLife (by Solaray), when I lived Stateside, and my sis takes them currently. They were not big at all, imo, and are capsules, so it makes swallowing easy.

I've just started taking a brand called Nature's Own (I think) here, because I've been worried about covering all my (nutritional) bases. It's a food state tablet, which supposedly means that it's absorbed more easily.

I hate swallowing vitamins so I started taking a liquid multivitamin/supplement called Source of Life. The brand is Nature's Choice. It's definitely more expensive that pill forms but I like it. The taste isn't fantastic but it is acceptable. And it doesn't make me gag like big ol vitamins do.

I take the VegLife (Solaray) Vegan One Multiple. Like IamJen said, they are a breeze to take. Normal size plus they have no funky taste. This is the only vegan multi I've tried so far.
