B - Branflakes, ground flax, small handful sultanas, half a sliced banana, kara

L - One slice of chia seed toast with baked beans and nooch; soy gingerbread latte and a biscuit

S - Leftover rice with tofu cubes and half a green pepper

D - Bowl of veg and kidney bean chilli with half an avocado; honeydew melon

Now drinking chocolate tea and feeling snacky...

That awkward moment when your partner walks into the kitchen to find you huddled in the corner with an open container of nooch and a spoon and your mouth encrusted with little flakes...

Raw organic carrots and grape tomatoes during the day and since I am on a budget, I made a big batch of minestrone soup and have been eating that for dinner with organic whole wheat bread all week. Yum!smiley.gif

So far...blueberry green protein smoothie and handful of almonds. For the smoothie I added blueberries, scoop wheatgrass powder, scoop soy protein powder, flax seed and Zero (that's the name of the drink meaning zero calories). I usually add a couple handfuls of spinach.

Breakfast:

  1. Quinoa porridge inspired by cake: http://www.ohladycakes.com/2013/01/chocolate-hazelnut-pots-de-creme.html

(1/4 cup quinoa, 2 tsp desiccated coconut, 1 1/2 tsp ground hazelnuts, 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, 1sp beet sugar, 1 tsp molasses, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp coffee, 2 drops of vanilla extract).

Next time it'll be: 1/4 cup rice, 2 tsp ground hazelnuts, 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp desiccated coconut, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp molasses, 2 drops of vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of some kind of milk. I'm still experimenting! tongue3.gif

Lunch:

  1. A bar of coconut ice... Too. Much. Sugar... undecided.gif

Dinner:

  1. Focaccia bread with mixed olives
  2. Three vegetable samosas, two bhajis and two tomato falafels
  3. A glass of smoothie, a glass of soya milk, and a shot glass of chocolate wine

Tomorrow I think I'll try to eat healthier like before; less sweets, less processed food, more veg! I'm seriously lacking vegetables (I'm surprised I'm not overweight with all the fatty and sugary processed stuff I eat)! blush.gif
