Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: A piece of fresh bread with Vegemite and Nuttelex, and another with peanut butter. A couple of sugar plums and half a large mango.
Snack: Cup of black tea with oat milk, another sugar plum.
Lunch: Spaghettini mixed with baby spinach leaves, marinated lentil salad, and chargrilled eggplant and cashew pesto (made a big batch for everyone at the office
). Watered-down apple juice.
Dinner (went out with family): A big salad - mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, mixed beans, spiced potato cubes, fried mushrooms and avocado. With a side of fries.
Breakfast: Slice of bread with peanut butter, watered-down apple juice.
Snack: Soy flat white coffee
Lunch: An apple, a slice of bread with Nuttelex and Vegemite, some roasted chickpeas, a glass of soy milk.
Dinner (had nibbles at a friend's house, followed by going out for dinner): snacked on olive oil crackers with sweet capsicum nut pesto dip, chargrilled sweet potato, marinated mushrooms, almond-stuffed olives, chilli-orange olives, dried figs, organic red wine.
At dinner I had a green coconut curry of vegetables and steamed rice - very tasty.
Now before bed: a mug of green tea
