Ok, I'm going a state and a lake over for a wedding. With my whole family. In a small car. Ick.

I need suggestions for vegan nonperishables that I can throw in my bag. I'm not too worried but I want to have back up in case I can't find anything at a resturant.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

dried fruit

regular fruit like apples/pears/oranges should last a day or two I would think

protein snack bars like lara/luna/cliff

definitely nuts

Some of my favorite on the go snacks are homemade trail mix and dry cereal.

Oooo...dry cereal...that's a good one! Wish I thought of that when I drove to S. Carolina in March.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have some tail mix, muesli, luna bars, fruit, etc. so even if there is no vegan food to be found I'll be ok.

Until my carnist family eats it all.

Looks like you got some good foods cryptoveggie, I was thinking dried fruits and bars too.

Avocado's and corn chips are nice too, you can just open up an avocado and scoop the avocado with the chips for a quick snack, I went on a roadtrip across Australia with my lover last month and we took that, amongst nice bars and flavored rice cakes

Have fun
