Crap, I should've voted for my school and tried to get others to too. Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC. We only have 800 students, but we have our own vegetarian and mostly vegan student run cafeteria separate from the main cafeteria serving three meals a day, five days a week. And our main cafeteria always has great veggie and good vegan options. I gained 10 lbs the first two months of going there because of all of the rich and yummy vegan affair. It should be on the list . Guess we just have too few students.

I plan on applying to Yale if money won't be an issue (scholarships!). Vegan food and environment? All the more reason to go!

Me too! I'm also going to apply to UPenn, which although it is lower down on the list, it's still there.
