There are several common sauces and dips that are coincidentally vegan. Mexican salsa, guacamole (authentic, non-dairy versions), mustard, ketchup, hummus, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, tahini, and even certain steak sauces (the popular A-1 Steak Sauce is vegan). For salads, there is a wide variety of flavored vinegars that will make your dressings come out great. Of course, always check the ingredients, to make sure there aren't any meat bits in there.
