Name our Vegan Bistro

Hello All lovely people! Me and a friend of mine would like to open a vegan bistro but we are a bit stuck naming it. What would you suggest, what name we should give to our new, vegan bistro? We imagine it to be a bit like old chic, light colours, nothing modern...
Thanks for all the suggestions

Outside of "vegan" and

you don't say anything about the type of food, the area, the size, the kind of crowd you'd expect, or the price

Big difference between playing to a collage campus crowd, urban fast food or a suburban family place. Whole foods, homestyle comfort, or modern ?

More info about the bistro

Hi Silva. You are right.
- food would be raw type of food, Buddha bowls, I'd like to have vegan mini burgers and some cakes
- it would be smaller place, nothing huge, like a little family style bistro with a book corner so people can relax there
- the place would be somewhere in West London and the crowd could be anything from all vegan to people who'd like to try vegan
- I'd like to sell more than other places including tapas style mini burgers, tacos, etc of course all vegan, Buddha bowl, raw food, soups, and cakes -potentially sugar free ones-

Does that help?

"Rest and Digest" (always thought that would be a cool name for an eatery)

I have a pipe dream to make a vegan gastro pub and call it Veg Out. But I doubt that name would work for an old fashioned seeming place.

Carnist: Someone who kills animals and then takes from their bodies.
Vegetarian: Someone who takes from animals' bodies, and then kills them when they are no longer profitable.
Vegan: Someone who tries to avoid unnecessary harm to animals as much as is possible and practicable.

Café Vega. Simple. Easy to read. 'Bistro' sounds too French.
