Tahini paste on a regular basis to nurite
I am a vegen,a few mounth ago I felt weak, my blood test indicate that I am suffering from a lack of iron and calcium levels, the doctor recommended that I put in my daily menu Thahini,I took is advise.
After a two month I did a blood test again and the iron and calcium returned to normal, Since then I use tahini every day ,3 spoons of tahini on a regular basis in order to complete a full nutrition, I eat it with a salad ,antipasto ,but you can find many other recipes to eat with it,The tahini it is much more nutritious than ant other cheese you eat
