I've shortlisted some supplements that I consider buying. Your input is
much appreciated. I go to the gym and swim on a daily basis in the morning
before doing any work, and go for a swim again if I have extra time.

- Siberian Ginseng
- L-carnitine
- Cordyceps
- Reishi mushrooms
- Rhodiola Rosea
- Astragalus

Thanks smiley.gif

Do I need to supplement amino acids or would I usually get enough of these
from protein powders?

My favorite energy supplement is eating a healthy vegan diet, getting enough sleep, exercise, yoga, and meditation.

Oh. wink3.gif I don't know what those ^^^ are, but I do know ginseng can have side effects such as bloodthinning.

I do enjoy mushrooms, though I eat them as food rather than supplements. +1 on sleep, diet and meditation! I really need to get back to exercising and yoga looks terrific but kinda overwhelming.

You don't need any of that stuff. Just eat a variety of plants and fungi.

Pure fresh juice(from a good juicer) is a bolt of energy. You get all the nutrition without your body having to work, using up valuable energy in the digestive process. Regards Inkhorn

Agree with dates. I tend to get lightheaded when I'm hungry, and eating some dates until lunch/dinner is done really helps. So, now I like to always have them at home.
