Eat fresh in season fruits and veggies
Stay away from vegan junk food
get fresh air and a goodnights sleep
exercise I love yoga try some basic yoga weather permitted ride a bicycle in the fresh air smiley.gif
Mediate in the morning before stretching even a minute helps clear the mind and release stress ....
No one can live stress free however you should
reduce it to a minimum .... drink water and as for products cruelty and animal free make up and less make up equals more for beautiful eyes and wear a nice colour that will enhance your eye colour .... I really hope this was helpful oh, and make sure to get your eyes examined every two years to keep your eyes healthy and use protective sunglasses to keep those eyes squinty free and bright-eyed O.O ps lutein is a vitamin for the eyes found leafy green vegetables and carrots ....

One of the most interesting questions I personally think has been asked here lol. o.o  I don't know so much about "brightening" the eyes but I just started getting into eyeliner and it can really bring out your eyes. :) If you're a guy, it probably won't apply to you lol, maybe I dunno. (I kinda have a thing for guys with a little bit of eyeliner o.o )I know girls think it makes them attractive...and I know my friend finds the eyeliner on me attractive. I use Gabriel Cosmetics but it's expensive.
