We are excited about this one! It is not easy to bake gluten free began bread! We dedicated years trying to bake a loaf or a vegan burger bun that we could actually enjoy... but finally... here it is! Not too dry, not too moist... and very tasty! See for yourself:
Based on the picture of the cut, it looks a little bit dense, but not too bad! :)
But, I don't like to use recipes that need special ingredients that can only be ordered online:
Have you experimented with more generic gluten free flour that we could get at a supermarket?
I've used corn and oat based flours with mixed success in bread baking (similar recipes to the one you have made).
