I thought I would share this blog I found as it might be of interest and encouragement to people, especially new vegans.  It is very inspiring and encouraging and helps prove that there are many successful long term healthy thriving vegans and it is not some impossibly hard lifestyle to adhere to.

I think my favourite of those in the blog is Fiona Oakes. She's been a vegan for 37 years, she gets up at 3:30 every morning to run a shelter for 400 animals, she's a retained firefighter, she's an elite marathon runner and has run the Marathon du Sables (which is a very tough multi-marathon event in the Sahara Desert) etc etc.

With all that she does, she's like 3 or 4 people rolled into 1.
