Hey peeps!

So I love converting non-veg recipes and tend to have better luck with baked goods.  I really really want to make this recipe but am not sure what to use to replace the egg as a binder.  For baking I typically use applesauce but I have a feeling that would just be gross in this recipes.  I was thinking of cooking lentils and blending them because that's worked in the past for a lentil loaf but....I don't know.  And I like to avoid using the egg replacer powder since I like cooking with whole ingredients....any ideas?  It's greatly appreciated!

Chickpea flour gets my vote in this recipe too. Note that the 3+3 quantity is per egg, so in this recipe you'd need 3/4 cup each flour and water.
