Breakfast: Glass of almond chocolate milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Buckwheat soba noodles with shaved brussel spouts, kale, and tofu
Snack: Smoothie (kale, spinach, bananas, strawberries, hemp seeds). Simply Protein cocoa and raspberry bar.
Dinner: Rice with peas. Mushrooms with sautéed onion. Veggie steak.

MS: homemade blueberry waffle; glass of almond milk

L: Garden salad with chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, kelp noodles, and tahini/lemon dressing; 2 plums

D: Sauteed tempeh, savoy cabbage, sauerkraut, and caraway seeds; smoothie with cantaloupe, almond milk, banana, and the last of the watermelon

leftover vegetable chili

ginger biscuits

spaghetti stir fry with savoy cabbage, red onion, peas, sweet pepper, and carrot

Its pizza nite! yay!

Breakfast-
whole grain "red wheat" cereal, a banana, coconut milk, coffee with a scoop of rice protien

(2 flaxseed oil pills, daily multivitamin)

Lunch-
Tofu scramble with mixed veggies and canola oil

Dinner-
cheeseless pizza, with all the veggies they can spare

Dessert-
a big ol' bowl of strawberries

S - Nakd bar
S - Two big flax crackers with bean dip
D - Bowl of salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot) with more bean dip, some grated violife and sumac powder; I'm thinking of having a vegan icecream cone...

That awkward moment when your partner walks into the kitchen to find you huddled in the corner with an open container of nooch and a spoon and your mouth encrusted with little flakes...

For breakfast, which I ate in a buffet hotel, I had mango and ananas chunks, some oatmeal, a few dried apricots and raisins, two tablespoons of self-made jam and two wasa's.

S: Mangos and raspberries blended into liquid form w/ water

L: An avocado on toast w/ salt and pepper

S: An orange

D: Stir fried broccoli, baby bok choy, baby spinach leaves and mushrooms on a bed of couscous

S: English breakfast tea and 3 dates.

Yesterday I attempted a one-day juice fast, but around 10 PM my boyfriend came home with two pizzas (a vegan one for me and a non-vegan one for him.) So yesterday looked like:

B - green juice

L - homemade V8, carrot apple, and more green juice

D - entire flat crust pizza with black olives and red peppers

Today:

B - steel cut oats made with (homemade) unstrained almond milk, cinnamon, and fresh peaches

L - veggie sushi and edamame

D - wheat pasta with peas, nooch, and Italian seasonings

B- blueberry flavored oatmeal, sliced strawberries, a scoop of vanilla rice protien, and coffee w/coconut milk

L- tex-mex style tofu scramble, side salad with salsa as dressing

D- split pea soup, buttered WW toast

S-soynut butter spread on a rice cake, with a ripe banana on top.

Im getting so huuuungry!

B: 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 tbsp organic peanut butter
L: smoothie with pineapple, orange juice and a tiny bit of mango

and planning to eat:
D: falafel wrap with avocado, lettuce and tomato
And I will probably eat a 9pm snack, something like dates or rice cracker
Oh and at least 2L water!

Breakfast was a cookie and a bowl of cereal. Lunch was leftover stir-fry (from last night's dinner). We're going out to a Mexican restaurant for dinner tonight... don't know what I'll have yet.
