oh man

since i have had problems with eggs and gluten for forever and i was not a vegetarian/vegan over ten years ago, i have not had a fish fillet sandwich since then, maybe even longer.

SO i will share only one thing i ate today because i am so happy about it.

my gf & vegan fish fillet sammich:
-tartar sauce made of veganaise, relish, a dash of lemon juice, and san j gf soy sauce (instead of worcestershire sauce because that has anchovies)
-sophie's kitchen breaded vegan fish fillets (gf)
-toasted ener-g tapioca bread with earth balance butter
-go veggie df cheese slices

someone has probably already posted this before but im a newbie here and really excited about it so.. you can deal with me

Yesterday;
B - Muesli in coconut-soy yoghurt and banana
L - Leftover rice and dhansak
S - Vegan peanut butter rice crispy cake
D - Chilli roasted new potatoes, salad of rocket, chickpeas, beetroot, carrot and avocado with pineapple dressing

B - Tea and toast
L - Wrap with Scheese garlic and herb, avocado and rocket
D - A disaster. It was meant to be aduki bean and vegetable stew with herby sweet potato dumplings but the dumplings were too soft and turned into spongebrains. I scraped most of the goo off and managed to eat some stew but it's pretty disgusting! Going to eat a load of red grapes now, and bake cookies. I'm good at cookies :P

It was, thank you! It was the first time I tried spinach in my smoothie as always worried before that it would taste funny together with fruit, but was very pleasant indeed

I had no idea Pizza Hut made vegan pizza. Although, I never get pizza from chain restaurants, it's good to know they do.
A lot of toppings on that pizza.

I specifically asked for no cheese. You can build your own pizza by choosing each ingredient separately-- thin crust is the only vegan dough; the regular pizza sauce and crushed tomato sauce are fine, too. Then you pile on the veg! I opted for pineapple, onion, green bell pepper, cherry pepper, and a crushed red pepper and paprika crust flavor. The crust flavors are new, so I couldn't find anything on any vegan websites about them, but I checked the allergen list and they don't include eggs or dairy, so I think they're all right-- but you can always opt out if you're unsure. The balsamic and bbq drizzle are also dairy and egg free.

I also tried Papa John's pizza and was disappointed. They didn't give me nearly enough toppings! Pizza Hut even offered to use separate utensils to cut my pizza without my saying anything. It was cool.
