I've been feeling a little nauseous the last few days, so most of what I ate today was apple-carrot-ginger juice and lots of toast. Strangely, despite the nausea, I've also been really, really hungry, so around dinner time I ate homemade baked yam fries smothered in black beans, corn, and enchilada sauce.

B - smoothie made with half a cup of dry oats, 2/3 of a nectarines, a small banana, three strawberries, 1/4 cup of soaked cashews, grape-peach juice, and a touch of cinnamon. This was one of my best smoothies yet, even if it wasn't even close to seasonal.

L - "Vegetarian Heaven" wrap (lentils, rice, and Greek salad, hold the feta, add Sriracha. The restaurant has verified the wheat wraps are vegan and contain no honey.) 20 oz of homemade green juice, and a shot of fresh wheatgrass juice, which is ridiculously delicious compared to powdered or frozen wheatgrass juice.

D - large salad of roasted beets and spiced chickpeas over mixed greens (romaine, spinach, and kale) drizzled with olive oil and lemon and orange juice.

S - coffee, cookies, and an orange.

I'm over whatever weird bug my darling niece gave me and my brother-in-law. Had it lasted any longer I would have gone to see a doctor. Thanks for the concern!
