Yesteday I had:

Yesterday:

B: Strawberries and chai tea with soy creamer

L: A portobello burger with Daiya and a side of lightning fries at The Wallflower

D: I finally tried cashew alfredo! It turned out amazing although I used a bit too much garlic and next time I'm going to use the pine nuts the recipe calls for.

Breakfast I had a thick slice of toasted home-made Wholemeal Sunflower Bread, I had it with that new seeded dairy-free marge called 'Seedburst' by Clover, and I think it's fast going to become my favourite dairy-free marge for spreading on bread. I also had Marmite, love it!

Been drinking a lot of silk's mango protein and fruit drink. Bought it on sale because it was expiring soon and needed to drink it up! Also snacked on celery and peanut butter.

For dinner I had veggie chicken with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Slice of apple pie for dessert. Still full :(

A very lazy but yummy Saturday:

Brunch: toast, baked beans, mushrooms, sautéed potatoes and sesame scrambled tofu (at a cafe, I don't do cooking that early)

Dinner: slice of raw chocolate pie followed by pasta in a 'cheesy' tomatoey sauce with carrots (I did cook that, and think it's a weird combination oh and yes, I reverse ordered my courses - I hate being too full up to enjoy dessert!)

I think it must be starting, my local market just got them in all of a sudden. They're delicious even if a few were mutants that grew together as siamese twins lick.gif
