Ok so its Happy Hour. My GF and I do like our Beer.
Appetizer: Blue corn Tortilla chips and some (really really) hot homemade salsa.
Dinner: Ramon Noodles, Baked potato, topped with black beans, Green and sweet peppers, Organic Broccoli florets, Yes some more coleslaw, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers with Italian dressing.
Desert - Some frozen gluten-free strawberry, banana cream bars.
Oh wow is this salsa hot. Time for another beer, before we have dinner.
