breakfast: sauteed pineapple, tempeh, bok choy with lemon juice and ginger
lunch/snacks: snacks/lunch: Larabar, grapes, and a dish with black beans, avocado, lime juice, quinoa
dinner: recipe from Oh She Glows cookbook: soup with red lentils, sweet potato, spinach, cauliflower, onion, minced garlic and Indian spices. I added coconut milk to it also, and turmeric in addition to the other spices. Had cashew milk to drink
