Dessert was two pieces of Enjoy Life snickerdoodle cookies!

Woke up late and didn't have breakfast.

So far:

For lunch I had pizza hut vegan style, wasn't very good especially with the Trader Joe's veggie mozzarella on it!

For snack I had a bowl of Nature's Path Flax cereal with almond milk, a pear, and a mix of berries (blue, rasp, and boysen).

Brunch - Pan fried vegetable hash (onions, tomatoes, courgette - this was actually going to be the base of our scrambled tofu, but the tofu was weird and mooshy so I threw it out and added in more veg), tinned baked beans, hash brown potatoes, bread and butter (sunflower).

Dinner - OMG just eaten two quarter pounders and am stuffed, super delish!
Burgers were composed of: sliced wholemeal buns, little gem lettuce, sliced tomato, mayonnaise (rice), oven baked quarter pounders (soya & chickpea), sliced marinated artichokes (I like this instead of cheese for their buttery richness), sliced red pickled jalepenos

ETA: Suppertime snack was Bombay Mix (spiced Indian chickpea snack)

Post This is a great thread for me

Since I need to see it.

1. (1) Apple
2. A banana muffin
3. Green smoothie with some flax
4. (I did have some adult beverage)
5. A potato & half
6. Broccoli and cauliflower (steamed)
7. Eggplant (baked)

Was nauseous today (& doing some work), but at least I got some food in my system.

Going to try to reach 10 separate foods and try to make some vegan biscuits...hoping I don't fail lol

Today I had sort of junk food:
Got a large order of fries & Falafel sandwich
Falafel had cucumbers, tahini, lettuce, tomatoes (was suppose to have onions but I think they forgot to add it)
Been eating that pretty much all day because it was too large for me.

Drink:
Water
Wine
Coca-Cola

Breakfast: Whole Wheat English Muffin with Becel Vegan Margine and Strawberry Jucie
Lunch: Leftover curry chickpeas/veggies and rice drank water
Dinner: Lentil veggie Sheppard's pie here's the recipe I like the best: http://minimalistbaker.com/1-hour-vegan-shepherds-pie/
Snack/s: Enjoy Life chocolate chunks (I was gonna make brownies but I messed up and they came out clumpy and nasty sadly so I just had a small handful of my leftover chocolate junks as a treat) and earlier as another snack I had a small serving of my shepherds pie before my cheerleading practice.
I'm getting better at eating vegan and healthier so I'm very proud of myself
