B: blended block of tofu, banana, cocoa powder, stevia, pinch of salt
L: pear, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, homemade seitan nuggets with tomato paste cooked into them, steamed carrots and Brussels sprouts
D: steamed some cauliflower, tempeh, and kale in a steamer basket, then added it all to a bed of cooked couscous. I made a sauce using coconut milk yogurt, cornstarch, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley flakes heated on the stove until thickened, then added it to the tempeh/veggie/couscous mix. Had some almond milk to drink. The whole dinner took about twenty minutes tops to make, and about five minutes to eat lol.
