I'm not much of a sports fan but I like this article because it's in Men's Journal teaching guys that plant based athletes can be strong and can even improve their performance, and that can only be a good thing for the animals. I also admire the bravery of these men who face mockery and criticism and aren't afraid to go against the grain and follow their own logic.
