Checks the label, usually when it says potatoes, salt and oil (vegetal), it's vegan! you can also make great tasting chips in the microwave in less then 10 min, super easy.

But you can also put them flat on a parchment paper, season them to your taste and microwave for about 3-4 min on each side. The middle ones will cook faster though so take them out if they are done before the rest.

Forgot to say to wash them with water to get the starch out. I peel mine with a veggie peeler and pat them dry!
