This was two good weeks in a row, weight-loss-wise. After losing 1.6 kg last week I thought it might be an aberration, but I continued to lose weight afterwards and since last week have lost another 1.4 kg (3.1 b) for a total loss after 35 weeks of exactly 31 kg (68 lb).
While I'm glad to have the weight drop off, after completely stalling in December, it does seem a bit odd to me to lose so much in such a short period of time. So I'm looking over my diet to make sure I'm eating enough overall.
Things going on at work and other pressures could be playing a role here.
Still, I'll take the weight loss.
Congratulations! I hope to loose some weight also but I'm not an active person so I'm not expecting much. My son though jumped on the Wii Fit and is having fun burning calories even if he's slim. I'll join the fun tomorrow + some spinner (too cold to walk outside lately). I really need to start moving again, after my chirurgy last october I stopped everything!

I had to give up outside cycling along the river for the cold weather. So I use an indoor exercise bicycle instead.
I prefer cycling outdoors, but I think I keep better track of calories used with the indoor bike. Please I can even do it with my eyes closed, listening to music.
