I lost 0.4 kg (0.9 lb) this past week. I was pleased, considering the much larger loss last week.

This brings my total weight loss to 25.6 kg (56.3 lb) so far.

And I've continued my almost daily bicycle runs and daily indoor resistance training.


Oh - and big for me this week. I wanted to stop eating white rice and eat brown rice instead so I actually cooked rice for the first time in my life! It only took me 10,579 days to try since arriving in Japan. :)

You are an inspiration, Doug. :-) Way to go on the rice cooking, it wasn't so bad now, was it? ;-)
