Warning: The video does promote raw vegan advocate Doug Graham, who has been criticized for claiming that vegans don't need to supplement with vitamin B12, and for claiming that grains are unhealthy. Doug Graham also claims that sea vegetables (nori, seaweed, etc.) are not healthy. OK, I'll say it: he's a quack.
