So first off I should say that I haven't posted on this board in a number of years. Secondly I should say that I've been vegan for 6 and a half years. Thirdly I should say I've done a lot of research on veganism.
The other day I was having a discussion with a meat eater. He brought up the B12 argument and I told him I drink fortified soy milk and also take a suppliment. He asked how they do it and I was pretty stumped. I felt kind of dumb so I thought I'd make a triumphant return to the board to get an answer. What is the process? Where does the b12 come from? I tried looking it up but couldn't find any answers.
