I have yo-yo'd for years. Vegetarianism helped me feel better but I overate all these delicious veggie convenience foods. Ready to go vegan in a manner of days! Will I really be able to melt into my perfect natural weight? I will be drastically reducing junk convenience foods and striving to be macrobiotic. Thoughts? I'm eager...

You can reduce junk convenience food as a vegetarian too. If you eat healthy, you'll be healthy. Sounds like you make a lot of poor food choices. Good luck and congratz on going vegan tho.
