I know the UK is more vegan-friendly overall than the US, but sometimes I'm jealous of the stuff you can get

Is is? (I'm not saying it's not, I always just kind of assumed the US would be more veg*n friendly, I dunno why...)

Either way, I'm also soooo jealous of some of the stuff you can get there! They look yummo

Yeah I mean, pretty much everything here is clearly labelled vegetarian and sometimes even vegan, and it seems like it's easier to get vegan food in restaurants.

Holy crap! Last I heard (not long ago), a pepperoni pizza was coming soon. You're holding three vegan pizzas. Tofurky needs to do a better job of informing us.

Mmmmm..... pizza.....

The worst sin toward our fellow creatures is not to hate them, but to be indifferent to them. That is the essence of humanity.

ugh, sausage and pepperoni...

Veggie or not, don't like the idea.

Also, the packaging makes it look like common $2 omni pizza that you put in the microwave.

Lol.

Yamato- Did you try them?

I called around and my stores haven't gotten them yet. Hopefully they will soon though. I like the fact that the crust is whole wheat (much tastier and filling than white in my opinion).

That's not me in the photo,

It's a photo posted on the Daiya facebook page from a Portland store that carries Tofurky pizzas.

True dat.

And I'm currently flying in the lollercopter about that photo! Random extra arms in pictures is always funny to me.

I am SO jealous. I have never seen a Tofurky product here in Canada... I don't think any stores will carry it. It's annoying sometimes, I've never even seen vegan soy cheese in a supermarket, let alone pizza! Wow

Food Fight! My new go-to all vegan grocery store! I haven't had one yet, but I'll be heading to Food Fight tomorrow and I'll pick some up and report back to you all (if they have any left, they've sold out already but got a new shipment today).

Has anyone actually found these and tried them yet? The only place so far that I've heard of having them is this Food Fight place.

Been scouring Charlotte & Rock Hill health food stores. No sign of them yet. When (of should I say if) I get my hands on one, I'll post a review.

I think I'm gonna have to MAKE a pizza like these. I went to Whole Foods, bought some Daiya cheese, Field Roast Italian sausage, and vegan pepperoni. I can whip up some pizza dough, yeah? I wonder if it actually saves me much money... The Daiya and mock meats are so expensive.

Is the vegan pepperoni any good? I had some from Whole Foods once and it was kind of.....plasticy.

Those pizzas on the website do look pretty delicious, though. If I can find one I may have to try it.

don't take my life away, don't take my life away.

Hell yeah they are expensive! You MUST post some food porn pics after it's done.

I went to London for a week and I was pleased (and incredibly jealous) that practically everything vegetarian is labeled as so. It was like I had entered some sort of dream world. Australia is well behind.
