I love Daiya vegan cheese! I buy it through Vegan Essentials often. My family and I go through it pretty fast. I make everything from mac-n-cheese to grilled cheese with it, and it goes great in lasagna. I put it on baked potatoes, nachos, quesdillas, etc. It is the only vegan cheese I like (well, Tofutti cheese slices are decent on sandwiches). The other brands of vegan cheese out there I have tried are not good tasting. Daiya not only tastes great but melts well, like dairy cheese!
I am glad to hear that Daiya will be released to Whole Foods. I hope it goes to other stores too. Then it will be less expensive than buying it online.
