I am a RUNNER and i have up till now been using Whey Protien Isolate, although i know it's a bit disgusting - i'm planning on finishing what i have - but do i buy more or opt for a soy / vegan alternative????????
Help me out here?? or can you think of another way of getting 35g of protien for 230 kcal or whatever???
I avoid soy, and this is what I use. 12g of protein/58 calories. I use the chocolate version and blend it (in a blender) with chocolate almond milk. The taste isn't great, but its not bad either, though I can't speak for the vanilla flavor.
