Before: Steadily gaining weight
After: Steadily losing weight
Before: Emotional, aggressive wreck
After: Peaceful, calm, focused - still intensely passionate at times!
Before: Pimples and weird bumps on different parts of my body after a particularly fatty meal ie: steak, mac n cheese, pizza, etc. Ewwww!
After: Clear, glowing skin
Before: Depression and lack of "purpose"
After: Much more bold and confident!
Before: Bad cramps
After: Still premature, but no cramps this time!
Before: Knowing what I was eating and still being in denial
After: Eating without guilt
Before: Worried about finding fewer recipes to try out as a vegan (falling in love with cooking)
After: Feel way more creative and excited about cooking more!!
