So, this afternoon DH and I walked down to a pub we've been wanting to go to, because it's supposed to have a nice big beer garden out back.
So, we get there, order our drinks, and walk out to the back. Mmmm, nice big beer garden with grassy areas and lots of picnic tables.
And kids.
OK so kids are allowed in the beer garden before 6pm, fine.
But the kids are all running around. Mayhem, I tell you. I'm trying to have a cider and enjoy the sunny day, and there's like 6 kids all playing tag in the beer garden. One of them stands at the end of our table (about 10" away from me) and the kid chasing her *climbs up onto our table* and makes some weird grunty noise.
I looked at the kid and his mom caught him and yelled at him to come over. So the two kids go over to their mom and about 15 seconds later, they're back running all over again

After I finished my cider and DH finished his beer, we left.
I dont' mind kids, really... I just don't get why people can't teach their children to be considerate of others...
