Going veggie

I am am trying to swap out the meat in a couple of meals we have as a family. One being bolognese. The recipe I have always used and loved requires you to brown the mince and then simmer on a low heat for over an hour once all the ingredients are in. I have just bought quorn mince and thought I'd have a go but with it being frozen and only needing 10 minutes on the hob to cook I am now unsure of how to make it! Can quorn mince be cooked for that long or it it likely to be ruined?

Hi Lisa, and welcome to the forum!

The Quorn company has published a bolognese recipe, and it looks like they add the quorn near the end of the cooking: https://www.quorn.us/recipes/spaghetti-bolognese .
