I am a new vegetarian. What I want to know is how people get portion size correct when they are the only vegetarian in the house. I know this might sound like a stupid question. But how do you get portion control right.
How do you deal with recipes for like 4 and it is only you eating? What do you do and how? Do you make less? Make the same freeze the rest?
How do you get portion control right especially with 4/5 people recipes.
Sometimes I cut the measurements in half and make half a batch. But I don't see anything wrong with eating the same thing a couple days or a couple meals in a row, especially if it's something I really like.
