I'm sure this has been shared and whatnot but I just saw Prevent Animal Cruelty by Adapting a Vegetarian Diet..by chooseveg.com.  It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Humans are supposed to be the protectors of creatures weaker than them not their killers.  I was crying by the end and I don't cry for pretty much anything.  I was going to go just Vegetarian but seeing that video I am going to go Vegan and help stop the needless slaughter of animals.  sorry I know this is prob a rant but I had to get this off my chest.  thank-you for listening.

Yes, that stuff is horrible but it's important for everyone to see. I have seen worse, believe me. It's all important to see.
 

That kind of thing is always so horrible to watch, when I saw Earthlings it left me crying for days... It's so awful what people do to animals, going vegan is pretty much the best thing you can do to not support it.
