Now I understand (at least I think I do) the difference between veganism and vegetarianism, however I don't know all of the fine lines between the diet aspect of them. Forget about the lacto-ovo, fish etc subcategories of vegetarianism. My question is there any difference between what is considered a vegan diet and what I call a strict vegetarian diet (no animal products), with the exception of maybe honey and how particular plants are processed (such as in sugar).
So are there any other hairs to split?
