Hello!

I am not new to being a vegetarian, but new to making healthy choices. I am a former anorexic who's now at a normal weight trying to eat more healthy.

I am not quite sure how this meal-plan is, but what do you guys think? Is it properly put together?

Breakfast: A bowl of oatmeal with 2 tbs cottage cheese and cinnamon

Lunch: Smoothie + 1 slice of whole wheat bread

Snack: An apple + some nuts

Dinner: Quinoa-salad /Cous cous salad/ stirfry/ soups

Supper : A bowl of oatmeal with 2 tbs cottage cheese and cinnamon (same as breakfast) /larabar

Does it look okay?

Are you asking if there are enough calories, or if it's well balanced? It looks nice and diverse, but it's a bit vague in terms of portion sizes and actual ingredients. What's in your smoothie, for example? I'd want to get at least 4 different kinds of fruit in over the course of a day, and even more vegetables.

It's great you're putting a lot of thought into it though and it definitely looks like a yummy day's food

I'm thinking about if it's well balanced. In my smoothie i mix it up. Often with frozen raspberrys, banana, soy yoghurt and maybe some nuts.

In the couscous salad I often put chopped celery, kidneybeans/chickpeas, corn, chopped bellpeppers, sliced cucumber and some lettuce. i sprinkle it with oildressing.

I would like to start the day with a smoothie, but I think it's important to have something to chew in the morning. Maybe I could do:

B: Smoothie + 1 slice wholeweat rye bread with cheese and bellpepper

L: 2 slices of wholeweat bread with egg and banana

S: An apple + some nuts/figs

D: Salad, stirfry, bulgur and lentil salad, quinoa-porridge, veggieburger

S: Oatmeal with applesauce and cinnamon

Maybe that's more diverse and gets more fruit and veggies in?
