I just made Black Bean Burgers this past weekend for the first time. Everyone liked them even the kids. You may be asking yourself " Why is this a big deal?" Well, its because not so long ago I would have just went and orderd a Double wopper, or Big Mac. so... its sort of a big deal for me. Now I have a question. Do black bean patty's freeze well? I would like to make a big batch of them to have on hand for when I want a quick meal.

They sell frozen black bean burgers, so I imagine it would be pretty similar?

You're gonna make me puke my pants.

I've never made them myself (yet) but I do imagine they'd do well in the freezer since there are a few variations sold in the freezer section at my market. Just put them in some sort of airtight container so they won't get freezer burnt and you should be good to go.
