Are you in the US? Soy milk is usually in either the dairy or the "natural foods" refrigerated section of most of the big grocery stores in the US. It also can be found in shelf-stable cartons in the Natural Foods sections, too. You may also find options for rice milk, hemp milk, almond milk and oat milk if you are lucky. Some people like one variety better than another and you'll just have to try different kinds to see which suits you best. One word of warning - some people really don't like to drink Soy milk straight - they like on or in something better. I love soy milk on cereal, but not a glass (unless i have cookies, too!).
You need to look for rennet on packaging. It should be listed in the ingredients if it's there.
