I'm far from a nutritionist, but it seems to be really lacking. Sure, it has protein, but not much else. I would stick to natural sources of protein and a regular supplement and save your money
Unless you're very athletic, then maybe it's necessary?
ETA oops I missed the second part of their nutrition list, so it has more than I thought. I haven't even heard of most of those things! Are they necessary? Are they found in a regular supplement?
