Here is another amazing Kale and Avocado Sandwich. It is one of my own creation!Ingredients:
Almond butter 1 TSP
Avocado 0.25 Ea
Bananas 0.5 Ea
Coconut Oil 1 TSP
Ezekiel sprouted grain bread 2 Slice
Green Kale 4 LEAF
Hummus 1 TSP
Red Bell Peppers 0.25 Ea
a. Toast 2 slices of Ezekial or Genesis sprouted grain bread.
b. Spread cocounut oil on the slices to melt in.
c. Spread hummus on once slice and almond butter on the other.
d. Slice up Red Bell Pepper and place on slice with the almond butter.
e. Slice up half an avocado and place on slice with the hummus.
f. Slice up half a banana lengthwise in strips and place over avocado.
g. place the leaves of Kale over top the banana.
h. Quickly flip the other slice with the hummus and red bell pepper over the top.
From bottom to top the Sandwich will look like this:
1. Slice of sprouted grain bread toasted with coconut oil melted in and hummus spread over it.
2. Avocado slices
3. Banana slices
5. Red Bell Pepper
6. Slice of sprouted grain bread toasted with coconut oil melted in and almond butter spread over it.
