Garden Fresh Veggie Wrap

Category: Sandiwches/Burgers

Suitable for a: vegetarian diet



1- 2tbsp. sliced black olives

1 tbsp. chopped red onions

1/2 small red ripe tomato, chopped

1/4 cup chopped cucumbers

1/4 ripe avocado, chopped

2 tbsp. chickpeas

1- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

drizzle of blue cheese dressing

salt and pepper

handful of alalfa sprouts

tortilla wrapper burrito sized



Place all ingrdients on wrap. Roll up, slice in half and enjoy These measurements are guesstimates. Use your own judgement on the amounts.

Ive seen so many recipes with black olives!! I really need to invest in some!

Im going to vegani-ise this and make something similar for lunch I think

Veggie wraps are the Best. I've never tried chickpeas in one but now I will.
