Leftover cooked grains (such as bulger and rice)
Rosemary, mustard seed, (Vegit, whatever!)
Worcestershire and/or ketchup, to taste.
Salt and pepper
Mix to a decent sticky consistency, form patties, and bake at 325 for about 25 minutes, flipping once.
It don't get much easier. And I find the tahini/rosemary combo makes people say "whoa nelly! That's a good burger!"
Today I made up some to serve on rye with a quick russian dressing - instant reuben!
