Pan-fried tofu by Kirk Job-Sluder

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1 block firm waterpack tofu.
2 tsp. powdered egg replacer
4 tsp. water
Cornmeal
1/4 cup vegan worcheshire sauce.
1/4 cup vinegar.
Salt/pepper to taste.
Instructions:

Press tofu.
Cut tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Mix vineger and worcheshire sauce. Marianate tofu in sauce overnight turning once to insure even coverage.
Mix egg replacer and water and whisk until smooth. Dip tofu in egg replacer, then cook over medium heat until golden brown.
