I came on here, browsing for ideas for a quick meal with a major problem on my hands - I am brand new to this lifestyle and have only bought a few items so far as I need them - so currently I have rice, pasta, avocado and a can of chickpeas (and supper time is just minutes away)!
Normally (old lifestyle) I would not hesitate to mix something together but for some reason I need a recipe for everything when it comes to vegan meals! I am that terrified! lol
