recipe for a vegetarian diet
3 green onions
100 grams flour(2 tablespoons for composition and some more for frying)
You grate the marrows using the big holes and the carrot using the small house from the grater. you boil the potatoes without peeling them. after they are boiled, you peel them and mash them .
you fine chop the green onion and the dill and mix them with the vegetables. you add 2 tablespoons of flour, the battered eggs, salt and pepper as you may like and you give it a good stir.
you take a tablespoon of the composition, you pass it through the flour, you shape it like a rissole and you fry it in oil. after you fry them you put them on some absorbant tissues to absorb the excess oil.
you can serve them with salad, or yogurt with garlic..or however you want.
p.s. the process of passing them through the flour is a bit difficult (or annoying-for me it was) but it's worth it
