I make this in the Instant Pot.
2 cups brown rice
1 cup lentils
4 cups water
1/3 cup taco seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Better than boullion beef or chicken
Pressure cook on High for 25 min and do the natural pressure release without using "Keep Warm"
It's good by itself but you can also make a taco salad with it.
A few spoons of pinto beans
A little sour cream on top
Scoop it onto tortilla chips
