it sounds (and looks) soooo good :)

I've only made "real" mac n cheese from a box in the past so this is exciting for me lol

Yeah, it's good! The recipe I use is pretty much the same except uses lemon juice instead of soy sauce.

oo lemon juice sounds good too, how much do you use?

A tablespoon. Also try adding a tablespoon of   tahini or creamy peanut butter to add depth to the flavor.

I play with all recipes. I use a good 2 T. lemon juice, dijon mustard, some red pepper, tumeric-1T. and 1 T. tomato paste or ketchup.

 

Anyone like powdered nut. yeast better? I know it's supposed to be 1/2 the amount of flaked, but after buying it by accident, I found I like it much better. Same amounts.

 

I hated the video. I loved this one-
